Serving up a Hokkaido-inspired menu with Mason’s signature Mediterranean flare, guests can expect dishes such as Oysters with Ponzu, Hokkaido Scallops, Tuna Crudo with Dashi Jelly & Oba, Cod with basquaise peppers and A5 Wagyu beef with gruyere gratin.
